Zehava Tesfay served as the director of the Shlichut initiative to UJA-Federation and lead the Israeli delegation in New York. Her professional expertise is in migration, working with local and international organizations (IOM, EU) and governments. Zehava has a BA in education, sociology, and anthropology, and a MA in Organizational Management, both from Hebrew University. She is an alumna of Makom and of the Maoz-Interior Ministry Municipal Leadership Program.
