Ziva Mekonen-Degu served as AEJ’s Executive Director and was on AEJ’s staff between 2011-2019.She is a co-founder of the NGO Mothers on Guard in 2016. Ziva holds a BA in Social Work and a MA in Gender Studies from Bar Ilan University. She is a graduate of the Beit Midrash for Jewish Leadership and a graduate of the Mandel Educational Leadership.
