The Midot Seal of Effectiveness indicates that the AEJ is committed to an organizational culture that values planning and measurement with a focus on results and continuous improvement in order to influence and create significant change in the field.

This Seal is awarded only after the organization has undergone a comprehensive review process (including document review, info, interviews) by a measurement organization, a testing process that reflects global knowledge about optimal organizational capabilities.
